Kevin,

Since the treads of a Din valve provide greater contact area this makes for
a stronger connection.  Plus the captured O-Ring is designed to prevent
o-ring blow outs more so than a yoke valve.

The better dive shops in my area have switched over to din and use a yoke
adapter to fill yoke style tanks.  They say this is safer for the dive 
shop employees.

How about it divers should it be, half inch pipe thread, J, K, or din vavles???

What is the best bet for Tech. Divers?
