I have taken my webbing work to the Shoe Repair Place.  I precut and finish
all the material and sometimes use sewing adhesive to get the pieces together
in the right places.  I have always been pleased with the results and the
price.  I suspect finding a cobbler is easier than finding a parachute
rigger.
