Besides being disgusting, peeing in a shell-type drysuit will negate much
of the thermal properties you are wearing it for...  It would get awful
cold in a hurry!  

If you think there is a chance you'll need to go, wear adult diapers so
the liquid is contained and isn't in contact with the ambient water.
