Now my understanding of deco theory mostly stops after the math, and even then mostly only simple Haldanean, but when I see a statement like this last one, I ask myself "if they offgas slowly, wouldn't they also have ONgassed slowly as well?". And if so, isn't likely to turn into some kind of a proportional problem (ie. its all a wash?). The only "hole" I see in this is that perhaps the model should then include a "slower" tissue where it normally wouldn't and would need to take into account the offgassing there.
