I made the exact same pony bracket out of aluminum by welding two rounded 
lengths back to back with a small brace running perpendicular on each 
side of the juncture. One u-shape is rounded to exactly pony size, and 
attached permenantly by hose clamps (2), the other side is hp100cft 
sized and attaches using a BC strap with buckle. This can be removed in   
seconds (even form doubles), is strong, fully ajustable, keeps the pony 
approx. 1/4 inch off main tank(s), and cost me about $15 and 15 
minutes to make.

Nickelrocketry maybe, but $180 is $180!!! ;)
