        I just tried to send a message to techdiver
from one of my other accounts that I forgot was
unsubscribed (Prodigy). It bounced back. That is 
really too bad, because it is getting better to give 
than receive on here. 
        I just got flamed twice for not flamming.
I don't now where all of you new people came from,
but the traffic is a little heavy, and the content
a little light. 
        For you people that don't like me on techdiver,
you'll be pleased to know that someone tried to get me
kicked off of cavers also, but the list moderator 
noted that I have never flammed anyone on cavers.
        Since I am always nice on that list, it is
clear to me that the problem is really what I am saying,
not the flaming that is objectionable, yet the claim
of my detractors is the opposite. 
        This leads me to believe that we have a serious
knowledge deficit here, and that the list has become
overrun with the cognitively challenged. I also noticed
a certain "Kirch-hoff" signature to this crowd, and 
like Al Bundy said, "it gives new meaning to to the term
macho man". 
         I think I need to take up another sport, or keep
this one private.- George
