Please remember that this guideline applies to cylinders & valves
only if you're getting filled with pre-mixed nitrox.  If you will
be getting fills at a place that does partial pressure mixing (ie,
if 100% oxygen will be put directly into the cylinder), the tank,
valve, and associated o-rings should be O2-compatible and -clean.
Also, once you O2-clean your valve & cylinder, getting fills on
a boat (or anywhere else) may present contamination problems unless
the fill system is designed to deliver oxygen-compatible air.

Under this guideline, your regs are still OK, because they don't
come in contact with 100% O2, only with the < 40% nitrox once
it's been mixed in your cylinder.
