Thanks for your posting about decompressing on argox since, intuitively, 
the argox for deco makes sense.  Unfortunately, I find myself struggling 
to understand the meaning of your post (except that I do understand that 
it won't work -- it's the "why" that I don't understand).

As I understand your posting, the instantaneous rate of gas transfer is 
somewhat proportional to:

     Xt                Xt
     --   rather than  --
    I-Io               Ix

Where:

     Xt is the amount of gas "X" in the diver's tissues
     I  is the total inspired pressure (or ambient pressure)
     Io is the ppO2 in the inspired gas
     Ix is the partial pressure of gas X in the inspired gas mix.

Apologies for the pseudo-math here.  I'm just trying to state my thoughts 
as succintly as I can.

Whom can I contact to get a hold of the study?  I'm curious about all of 
their conclusions.
