I have to agree.  Jeff's comment, intentional or not, gets an 11.0.

I've received a lot of mail lobbying support for the "bone smuggling/bone 
smoking" comment as supreme among one liners on this list. Sure, the 
"Bone" is a classic, but it was just a striaght-shot insult. "Ball" gets 
top ratings because of the *delivery*, not just for itself.  As you'll 
recall, its first use was in the context of (not sure of the exact 
wording):

"First of all, let's get off to a good start. Lick my ball bag."

You see?  It is the juxtapositioning of a friendly, cheerful, optimistic 
first sentence, with the blunt, hard, cold, *crude* second sentence that 
makes this one the true standard to judge by.  To be as insightful and 
brilliant an insult-humor-judge as myself, you *must* examine the context!

Maybe I am losing it?  Must have been that friggin' open circuit air dive 
that did it to me. yucko.
