   Richard, we know you believe in diver individuality.
That won't happen with us. We solve the "dive with
another team" argument by applying Rule #1. If that
rule is not violated, then there is no need to worry 
about fitting in.
   The argument about diving deep with air because
other gas is not available is like saying that you should 
go ahead and drive home drunk from the bar because 
there is no taxi service. Don't get drunk.
