Does anyone on the net know of a documented case w3of whereof where
Nitrox I or II
has caused an explosion in a first statge regulator.?

I was told by the technical representaitive ative of a major
manufacturer today
that they possedesedssed had a video of in house testing where
they had taken a O2
cleaned regulator then used it once on regular air from a properly
functioning compressor and then using EAN 32, properly mixed crhad
a n explosion which completely destroyed the 1st stage. Of course the
rep said that the film was confidential and could not be viewed by mere
mortals. This was to explain wheyy they were only support one unit for
EAN use.

I'd be interested in views concerning this since most sources state
that you can use EAN <40% in regular systems, although my stuff has all
been cleaned. I'm not sure what to think about this persons comments
so if you've heard of anything, please let me know
