#I think I concur with David's diagnosis. Do you think there's a paper in it?

I have certainly seen evidence for two of the major symptoms ... 
...  listed in my medical reference work as:

                1:  Uncontrollable jerks
                2:  Compulsive use of obscenities

It would certainly be interesting to know whether hyperbaric exposures
would have any temporary effect (+ or -) on the manifestation of the condition.
I have been contacted (private e:mail) re one genuine Tourette's sufferer who 
dives to recreational depths ...
