Case in point.



Speaking of masochistic tendencies...it seems as though a lot of folks are
jumping ship from techdiver lately. I can hardly blame them, given the 
shift away from information exchange towards the exhange of other 
conceptual constructs.  I intend to remain on the list partly because 
some of the flames make me laugh (such creativity out there...), and 
partly because the signal to noise ratio is slowly improving (especially 
in the last couple of days).

Meanwhile, the weather is awesome over here, and it's killing me not 
being able to sneak away from work to go diving. I'm so frustrated and 
bored that I've decided to frustrate and bore everyone else out there 
with my pointless whining.

Fire away....  Since it is now nearly impossible to post anything on this 
list without being attacked, I'm fully prepared to roast some 
marshmallows and weenies (so to speak) over the fire I anticipate will 
come my way.

My delete finger (the middle one on my left hand) stands upright and at the 
ready...
