   Martin, I am glad you guys in the U.K. are still
on top of this sport.

   Here in the States we have a company called Sears,
long known as a place for tools, garden equipment, and
now more of an all-around store . The joke used to be
that the catalogue was put in the outhouse for use
as T.P.  -   It looks like the IANTD manual is better
suited, but is it printed on the right kind of paper?
However, from the incongruities and inconsistencies
contained in this masterpiece, I don't think I would 
even use it for that.  - George
