I ordered that publication as soon as I read about it's existance from Best
Publishing. After 3 months I checked on the status - they were awaiting a
few submissions, but it was to be out shortly. Nine months later I checked
back to find out that they had dropped the publication entirely. What
reminded me to check was information of the upcoming Tek '94 conference!

I was really looking forward to reading that publication. I would LOVE to
see a copy of your research in ASCII! In fact, if you have it in ANY form,
I'd be willing to attempt to massage it into MS Word (my preferred format).
