Lets say we have a 10l 232 bar cylinder. Very common in the UK although
rufty-tufties tend to use them in pairs. That's 2320 litres of air,
according to the unix `units' program that is 81.9 cubic feet.

The US AL80s you usually see are 3000psi (very roughly 204 bar), so a
useful rule of thumb is that they hold about as much air as a 232-10 (but
are physically bigger.)

Doing the same calculation your 232 bar 15 l holds approx 120 cu ft.

If you get an 80 cu.ft pressurised to 1500 psi, you have only 40 cu.ft
of air.
