Hello; I'm new to the list. I'm a PADI instructor with IDC staff and MFA instructor certifications, about four years and 300+ dives. I've had a blast with recreational diving and I really enjoy working with new divers and I have made some great new friends in the diving community. I can't think of a more interesting and very rewarding hobby, but now I'd like to get a little more out of it. I'd like to get some training in the Nitrox area, the wave of the future, and possibly mixed gas training as well. Is anyone certified to teach either of these in Colorado, preferably in the Metro-Denver area? I'm also interested in the latest info on the effects of deep diving, a little past the recreational limit. I guess because it's there but I like to dive deep on occassion. It's interesting to read about situations that other divers have encountered, good or bad, and I'd like to hear anything that others would like to share. This is really great. Thanks for something else to look forward to when the work day is over. Jon.
