I had made some inquiries and the Manufacturers are very tight lipped about specifics. From some rough analysis I have done, I found that Al-80s are extremely unsuitable for overfills - the Alloy has fatigue and temperature concerns: 'book' values predict that temperatures AS LOW AS 100F (!) cause measurable (and significant) reductions in design strength. Please...just buy a Genesis rather than pump up an Al 80. The "time until payback" is tiny...something like only 50 fills. AND its much safer. -hugh
