Hello All ! There is a lot of desiccation on who is responsible the guide or the diver. I see it allot at home, Divers go blindly after an instructor ! sum times not even checking there watch or tables. The desiccation of who is to blame in any death is a desiccation of who will pay the damages it never helps the dive. THE ONE THAT DIES IS ALWAYS THE ONE WHO WILL LOSE THE MOST ! We are responsible for our life and if we have strange feelings about certain dive we should listen to our "belly feelings" and not dive. The known phrase of "Don't wary, I know what I'm doing" is a dangerous phrase. Personally if someone is telling me that phrase I'm not diving with him !
