Wakenbarth(?) mentioned that the Farber/OMS cylinders were tested to 200bar x 400 cycles. I think that figure may be off by one or two orders of magnitude. I was under the impression that DOT certified cylinders had to be tested to service pressure over 20,000+ cycles. Remember when the Genisis 120's failed the shrapnel test at 40,000 cycles?
