I often look forward to reading my mail from techdiver, 'cause George
kills me with his extreme remarks.  Sure they're offensive if you read his
text as a normal person.  George is not normal, now are you? (Others certainly
have claimed you think of yourself as a demigod with an extra large crotch in
your dry suit for your helium filled chicken)

Maybe I'm just narced and desensitized to his language.  I've also got a bit
of a immature side that I let laugh at his jokes. Recognize George'statements
for what they are and just blow 'em off your shoulder.  IOW relax, don't bother
sending a big complicated response back, it's not worth it.  I wonder why G
bothers sending the "you're another stupid stroke" messages w/o content as to
why/what's wrong.  I find the meat of the problem the most valuable.  How much
you charging for opinions these days G?One insult or a few?

On the serious side, we will always have to put with people that resembled us
at some point, i.e. ignorant and questioning.   Thats one reason why we don't
what to put up with them, they remind us of when we were stupid idiots jumping
in the water with anal retentive gear setups and inadequate training. So give
some slack or just ignore 'em as there are better dive-related things to do.

If you don't like the free speech on the list, be constructive about
changing it.  If you can't filter it or manage the egos, ask a tough-minded,
freon breathing, foot long swinging techer to translate or simply push delete.

For those I have and will offend, I generally try not to and will take polite
suggestions to my cortex. Those slinging waste around, well, too bad you've got
so much to give out.It's best to just keep everything relative to who's
saying it and keep your humor about you.
