>Richard , I commented politely to your abject stupidity the first time... >If you are still worried about the cost of a "catalytic converter" for you light, >and failed to take the friendly advice to call Barry >then what are you doing dispensing advice on a matter >you clearly know absolutely nothing about? The light bulbs cost $4.00, >dumb ass. I don't mind you being a stroke, because I know you can't >help it, but save the bullshit for Compuserve - they have enough idiots >over there to keep you busy for weeks. - G >No, I meant do it like Richard and you >won't be doing it for long. Keep up the good >work - misinformation is better than no information.- G I'll be going back to my usual lurk mode until I feel I can contribute something useful to this list but before I go, let me summarize the misinformation I posted on this list during the last few days: - Building your own light is relatively simple and can save you money. - Narrow-beam MR-16 bulbs are a good choice for dive lights and appropriate for many diving situations. - A bad canister design can lead to explosions (happened to me). George seems to think that stuff like this can kill you, so better forget about this sort of "advice" from a dumbass like myself. As for the rest of George's delirium, I think he got me confused with another one of his pen pals. I never asked about catalysts OR $4.00 bulbs, but insults are cheap, so I guess he put in a little more just in case he missed the right person earlier. Abjectly stupidly yours, Richard
