The problem with downloading MigPlan from Shadow is that the Shadow FTP site 
wants username: guest, p/w: guest. Most Web Browsers and ftp clients and humans 
assume that anon ftp means username: anonymous, p/w: your-email-address.

There is a way to fix this using HTML so links to the ftp site will work, but I 
can't remember how to do it right now. There's some way of specifying the 
username and p/w in the link in the source to get handed off to the new server.
