I was just informed that Corey Bergman <sp>, creator of DPA, suffered what
appears to have been a CNS O2 Hit yesterday durring a body recovery at
+200'. What limited information I have, suggests that he switched to EANx32
while still at depth.

Corey made it to the surface with the assistence of his team member and was
then taken to a chamber where he died of a Myocardial Infarction (Heart Attack).

These are all the details that have been made available to me at this point.
