Is there any possibility that depth control was poor? Were there large swells causing 6m to be an average depth? Could the diver have drifted down? (Sounds like there were other divers present, so a report on this might be available.) Or is this just one of those statistical outliers that emphasize the unpredictability of O2 CNS Tox?
