Richard,

I have several Odin reg's.  I have only notice the ice problem when I get
air from some dive shops.  If I'm planing a dive below 80' in cold water
I don't get my air from any of those shops.  I have found that the dive
shops in my area which cater to the technical diving community have much
better air filling stations and the ice problem doesn't occur when I get
air from the more technical dive shops.

Due to the above reason I believe the problem with your odin reg. is moisture
in the tank air.
