This is a very old message, quoted out of context.  I had been told that 
Compound B was safe for O2 service, so I repeated it.  I was corrected 
and posted a retraction.  Please read through the thread for details.  It 
is safe with air.  For details as to the formulation, contact Global 
Manufacturing Corporation.
