Here's a section I found in a book, I can't tell you what book because I might have violated their copyright protections : "Whether someone puts a copyright notice on a finished work or not, copyright protection applies immediatley upon creation of the work. " The writings that come from us are intellectual property, whether or not we are intellectual people is another matter. As such anyone wishing to reproduce something you or I wrote is violating federal and state laws and can be held responsible for their acts. If you feel someone has violated your rights regarding this matter you might want to suggest to them to give you a large amount of cash to forget it, or else you can make a bunch of lawyers rich (you'll never see a lot out of it but they'll wind up spending a small fortune trying to get out of their little mess. /\/\/
