Box 30100 # Flagstaff, Arizona, USA # 86003-0100 I didn't see the post that prompted the above response, but if anyone is considering purchase of either the NOAA Diving Manual or the US Navy's Diving manuals, I recommend contacting the GPO (Gov't Printing Office). There are several, usually in the Federal Building of major cities. There is no charge for shipping and the feds don't collect state sales taxes. :) Call info for the phone number. Order by phone with major plastic. (FYI, things like Senate reports and DOJ reports are available through the GPO as well.) If you purchase the NOAA Diving Manual from NOAA in Washington DC, you are actually purchasing a *subscription* to the manual. This means if any updates are published in the next year they will be sent to you. The woman at NOAA that took my money (er, plastic) said the manual is printed only every once in a while as per demand. Call DC information for their phone number.
