I was about to forward your note to various people on the 'net who would be
very interested in a case of a vendor suing a consumer over a statement made
in "cyberspace", but I noticed that you did not actually say specifically if
you will be pursuing this matter through legal action.

Please clarifiy this for me ASAP, so I can pass the information on... since
you say that your lawyer did review your post, can we take your post to be
an official press release?
