This system is the same as the conventional "reserve-valve" (J-valve ?)
used here. Until now it has been "mandatory" to have this system on
SCUBA's in Sweden.

On the ACSC I thnink that the system is triggered when there has elapsed
a longer than normal time since the last dose of fresh gas.
