I am hoping that someone will be able to help me. A group of my friends would like to attempt an expedition to dive the Lusitania in late 1996 or early 1997 and need to find out who we need to write to in order to get permission. I read the message someone sent a couple of months ago concerning the court case but unfortunately I dont speak legal-ese and was uncertain about what the conclusion was. If anyone knows the name and address of the person I need to write to I would appreciate it. Also Who or what dept. in the Irish government would I need to write to. Who owns the wreck, who owns the cargo, and who owns the personal effects of those who perished in the sinking.
