I have never seen a compressor with an inlet you can fedd from a He tank, but
it is very easy to make one:

Hope it's clear enough.
Of course you loose some He to fill your compressor and the hose. But if your
compressor is reasonably small (< 10 cubic meters per hour) you don't need a
great amount of He to fill the compressor. You also lose He because is leaks
through the compressor pistons.
I am working on a better system in which there is an expansion bag between the
second stage and the compressor inlet in order to prevent the second stage from
vibrating.
