Scientific divers already have/are done/doing sat. diving, so I imagine
that it is not too far outside the range of high-end "technical" divers.
A habitat at about 90 feet on a coral reef drop-off would be the IDEAL way
for me to do what I want to do.  Big $$$$$$, though...
