Don,

There is a new, 2nd edition of Deep Diving in print.  Was introduced
at DEMA this year.

I don't have my copy handy, so I cannot comment on whither there is
anything about Sheck's accident.

There was a fairly good write up on the accident by Bill Hamilton in
_Pressure_ (UHMS publication) earlier this winter.  Do not know if
we can get permission to "reprint" here on the net.
