I haven't subscribed, but I did pick up issue 6 in a dive shop a couple
of months ago.  

While on vacation, I heard, from a fairly reliable source, that
the next issue is nearly done and will be out Real Soon Now.

Actually, it sounds like that isn't even necessarily successful.  I
heard a few people, based on observational evidence, toss around the
idea that there's an 'A' list and a 'B' list for subscriptions, and
unless you're on the 'A' list, you'll probably see the magazine in a
dive shop long before it hits your mailbox... Any thoughts on that?
