Dear Techdiver List

At long last I found the right address. My name is Joel Silverstein, I am
based on City Island in New York and am the Publisher and Editor of SUB AQUA
JOURNAL. SUB AQUA is a magazine in print since 1991 specializing in wreck,
technical and advanced dive sites. 

In addtion to being Editor of SUB AQUA I am an avid deep and technical diver.
I hope I can contribute as much as I hope to gain from this interation on the
Techdiver list.
