With reference to the comments about pilots and spacewalks:

The typical space suit is pressurized to the equivalent of 30K feet.
The typical protocol for getting into the suit consists of at least 1 
hour of O2 with light exercise (treadmill, bicycle, etc). I don't don't
know what the decompression rate is to get to that altitude, but I'm 
guessing that it's about 5000 feet/min. I would suspect that pilots 
are more susceptible to DCI hits if their "profile" falls outside the 
NASA protocol, especially if the time spent at altitude is longer than 
a "bounce". Any comments or corrections?
