Thanks George,

The survey diver on the cover of our first issue is Curt Bowen. He has
extensive experience mapping both cave systems and wrecks. His most recent
endevour is that of the official cartographer of the Sulpher Springs Project
being managed by the city of Tampa and the EPA.

In the cover photo his primary light is on the back of his right hand and he
is holding a special survey slate with integrated compass with both hands
while he takes a reading. I don't have your experience but this doesn't seem
unusual to me.
