Funny you should mention this. Actually, in a very objective sense, this is a virus of a different ilk. In that it infects computer users, not the computers themselves. One could argue that DOOM is the most effective virus invented to date - infecting young and old with the compulsion to install it on their computers, spending hours playing the game... So, then, this "good times" internet virus has in fact infected us all, in that someone has found it and forwarded it, commented on it, and we all are being forced to read it. The only way to avoid infection is to not read, to not forward, and so on. Just like the message says. Speaking metaphorically, that is.
