Hi !

here is my assembly :

1. dive conditions :  
          1. low visibility ( 1m to 10 cm).
          2. min. of 3 different regs.
          3. unsuitable gas mixtures.
          4. sum times solo.

from the above you can understand that distinguishing 
between the different  regs. is a very important issue. 
that was the reason for my reg marking question.

2.  1. I use too sets of reg clips one in the front of 
       my B.C. and the anther on the back or on the tanks 
       (depend on space and reachability). the front set 
       is used for the regs I am going to use farther on 
       in the dive the back set is for empty tanks or 
       unusable mixs.

    2. I arrange my regs in the same order I'm going to 
       use them in the water 1st stage upper right, 2nd 
       lower right, 3rd lower left ect. 
       1 exception : O2 regs are attached to the tank 
       near my back head to make it hard to reach so I'll 
       not use it by mistake.

    3. after using a mix I am attaching it to my back 
       clips so I'll not use them by mistake. mixes I am 
       planing to use again on my way up return to the 
       original front clip. so when I go down I use regs 
       from right to left and on my why up left to right.

    4. all regs are colored coded (O2 green, Nitrox yellow ect.) 
       since my lights are usually turned on all the time 
       I have no problem to see colors.

    5. all regs are marked by paint or oil based pen.

    6. after the reg marking discussion I added a thick bands 
       of neoprene on my reg's pressure line so I can count 
       the number of bands with my hand and know which reg 
       it is.

well that's it, 
I think it's partially working since I'm steel alive.
