For all us techies I have some interesting information
that to many may not be new, but to all is a tease...

Not far from Piraeus there is an island called Kea. In 
1916 the Brittanic serving as a hospital ship in WW I
was sunk allegedly by a German mine or torpedo. It lies
in 80-120 meters. The best info about this ship is that
it is one of White Star's three big liners.
 YES a sister to the Titanic, over 900ft long lying there
touched only by the "grace" of Jacques Cousteau in 1975.

I declare it a tease because no one is allowed to dive 
there, or any other good places (ie fantastic caves etc)

I would like some info from your respective countries, as 
to how one can overcome such hiddeous beaurocracy.
