Hello All

I am preparing a series of articles on non US based certification agencies, 
their backgrounds and training regimes.  I would appreciate the address of 
any agencies which issue certification or control diving activities for
any and all countries.  Even if you don't have an address, I would appreciate
being informed of an agency so that I can try and locate it's head quarters
via other means.
