   Rick - the reason we use NACD is that I filed all
of their standards and a copy of their charter with
the forest service and the State. I then added our own
standards on top of that. We only then need show cave
certification to be in compliance. Everyone is assumed
to be WKPP trained to their task level. The NSS would 
not cooperate with that same information, and their
new card states a depth limit and other nonsense on
the face .While we dive the air equivalent depth equal
to the NSS specification for depth, I don't feel like
explaining that to non-divers.    -George
