And all those people in charge will need paying, at the scuba divers' expense. Scuba diving is a symbol of freedom, and it should remain so. As I said before. I understand desires for safety, but it must stop short of hard tight control over it all. Next it will be rationing of numbers, and having to say what you need to dive for, and having to tell officials before you go diving, and all sorts of things. A big negatory on letting underwater become a police state.
