Not dived much?!!  I hear of divers going out to it almost every weekend.  
It's a very popular entry level tech dive.  I'd say that the level of diver 
diving it might be higher than a wreck in the recreational range.  If a diver
is 
diving the Hydro, they should know not to carelessly land on or destroy coral.

Dive operators go to the Hydro from Fort Lauderdale, Pompano, and probably 
other locations of which I'm unaware.  Both Brownie's Third Lung and Misconduct 
Dive Charters take divers there.
