Hi JT- Let's try to get back to diving somewhat. Since you obviously will never concede to the list the scant few technical dives that you have actually completed (I will be a nice guy, and won't even add the modifier *safely*), I will change the pace a little bit to give you a bit of a breather while you come up with some other lies and fabrications. Or you will probably continue to try and blackmail me with that stale old shit from over two years ago - how pathetic. You have no debating skills so you try in vain to intimidate me. I will next await for your threats to beat me up. It's all right there on the list in your posts, and I thank you for making so many of my points for me in revealing your true character (or lack thereof). Anyway, I was just wondering how you plan on suspending (?) a decompression habitat at 30fsw in the open ocean so you can do your 50-minute dive to glory on the OSTFREISLAND? How long do you think it will take to securely stabilize the habitat at the correct depth? How will you adjust for currents? Even though you typically experience only very slight currents up there off Virginia Beach, I can only imagine the sail area of the habitat will cause it to drag all over the place. How much weight will you need to offset the habitat's buoyancy? Have you contacted Barnum and Bailey for potential sponsorship? Hmmmm, I wonder if all the trouble at trying to deploy a habitat at 30fsw in the open ocean will be worth it for your monster 50-minute dive on the OSTFRIESLAND. Speaking of which, do your goals and objectives (which really shouldn't be "because I can") really validate doing a 50-minute dive at that depth, versus two or three 20 minute dives? And always, dive safe JT (I really mean that). Your adoring fan, Mike Michael C. Barnette Association of Underwater Explorers Because it's there...somewhere...maybe. http://www.mikey.net/aue _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 helps eliminate e-mail viruses.
