As someone who has not been on this list for a long time, I to am curious
what makes a person "qualified".  

Could you explain this please?  I am genuinely interested in hearing what
you have to say.  I am still trying to figure out why all of the people on
this list just try to bash each other so much and it seems that the
illustrious quest to "expose" people far supersedes the passing of diving
related information on this list.

I do not know who you are and would like to hear what you have done and, why
you feel like others have no right to talk to you unless they have done
something similar.

Just another "Neophyte" I guess...
