There has been a recent activity in our dive club that 
concerns me.  I would like to get some opinions on this. 
Joe Diver has engineered and built a block for 
decompression gas management with a full face mask.  He 
now builds and sells this item to anyone who wants it.  
He has no liability insurance and protects himself with 
a one page waiver.  Is it me or is something wrong here? 
 How popular is this practice?
