I think you need to take stock of yourself before it's too late, but then that might well be the case already. Sorry, that's a cheap shot but I really can't help myself on this occasion. I suggest, as a start, that you re-read before sending something and at least, at the very least, ask yourself whether what you have written will be interpreted in the way you intend it to be.
